Optimized Holding, one of Qatar’s leading diversified companies, has announced the opening of ‘&deli Mediterranean Fusion’ restaurant at City Center Doha in the presence of Qatar Businessmen Association chairman HE Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim al-Thani, Optimized Holding chairman Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal, and Greek ambassador Eleni Michalopoulou.

Located on the first floor of the City Center Doha, ‘&deli’ restaurant offers unique Mediterranean-inspired cuisine featuring a wide range of famous dishes that combine the best ingredients, techniques, and recipes from the local region to add a distinctive Middle Eastern flavor. These dishes, ranging from fresh coffee to pasta dishes, can be had for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Alongside the restaurant, ‘&deli’ also sells fresh produce such as cheeses, pasta, and olives, as well as a range of Mediterranean-inspired handmade ceramics, cutlery, woven towels, and home décor.
